At TET Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
